Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Glint. By joining the waitlist or using the app, you agree to them. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Glint. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. The service

Glint lets you add a sponsored widget to your homescreen. Brands pay to be shown there, and Glint shares a portion of that advertising revenue with you. During early access, some features may be limited or change as we build.

3. Earnings and payouts

• Earnings depend on real advertiser demand and how often your widget is seen. Any figures shown, including calculator estimates, are illustrative, not guaranteed.
• You can withdraw once your balance reaches the stated minimum. Payouts are sent to the account details you provide.
• We may withhold or reverse earnings linked to fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

• One account per person. No automated, fake, or duplicate accounts.
• No bots, emulators, or artificial means of inflating impressions or earnings.
• No attempt to interfere with, reverse engineer, or disrupt the service.

5. Sponsored content

Widgets display content from third-party brands. Glint does not endorse those brands, and their appearance in your widget is not a recommendation. Sponsored placements are labeled as such.

6. Intellectual property

Glint and its design, software, and branding belong to us. Brand creatives belong to their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, or misuse any of this content.

7. Removing the widget and termination

You can remove the widget or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that harms Glint, advertisers, or other users.

8. Disclaimers

Glint is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not promise specific earnings, uninterrupted service, or that the app will be error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Glint is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost earnings beyond amounts actually owed to you under these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
